Instructions to make White Sauce Pasta:
- Take 1L of water in a deep sauce pan, bring it to boil, when it start boiling then add pasta and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Boil it on medium flame till it get cook, don't overcook it. It will take around 8-10 mnts. Take half cup of this boiled water and keep it aside. Transfer cooked pasta to a large Colander and rinse it with cold water then drain excess water and add 1/2 teaspoon oil so it don't get stick. Mix it well.
- Boil the corn for 2-3 mnts. And strain it.
- Cut the veggies. Cut Onions into cubes, roughly chop red bell pepper and Capsicum. Finely chop Garlic.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan/kadhai over high flame. Add finely chopped garlic, saute for 30 seconds. Add onion and saute for 30 seconds then add red bell pepper, Capsicum and corns. Cover it and cook for 3-4 mnts on low flame. Stir and cook until veggies are little cooked but still crunchy. Keep it aside.
- Add 3 tablespoon Butter in kadhai/ pan. Don't get the Butter burn. Add 4 tablespoon maida, stir continuosly with whisk and cook for a minute. Pour milk Little by little, while stirring continuously with a whisk. Stir and mix for 1-2 mnts. Reduce flame to Low. Continue Stirring and Cooking until mixture starts to thicken. It will take 3+4 minutes depending on the size and thickness of pan. When mixture starts to coat the back of the spoon, it means it has started to thicken.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes, half teaspoon black pepper powder and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well. Add saute vegetables and pasta. Mix well. Turn off the flame. Transfer it to a serving bowl/plate.
