- Cook and stir fry for 5 min till chicken become golden brown.remove from heat.
- Now add yogurt, salt, pepper, all spices, onion and fried potato. Stir well.
- Spread boil rice on top. pour ghee over rice.sprinkle kehwrah water.Cover the pot and cook for 15 min on slow flame till done.
- Delicious white biryani ready to eat. Serve hot.
