- Heat oil fry potatoes till light golden and remove.
- In the same oil add whole spices, boiled chicken, ginger garlic paste, fry for 5 minutes till chicken light golden, remove from heat.
- Add yogurt, salt, pepper, allspice, onion and fried potatoes, stir well, spread boiled rice on top, pour ghee over rice, sprinkle saffron, milk, Kewra water.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes on slow flame.
- Now white biryani is ready to serve.
