- First of all, wash the meat. Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add chopped onions and let them saute until they are translucent. Add mutton pieces to it and mix well. Add salt, ginger garlic paste and cumin powder. Mix well.
- Add 1 cup milk. cover the lid. Let it cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, open the lid and add an egg and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, heat some oil and add cashew nuts and corn flour and roast for a while.
- Now add this to the mutton and cook for few minutes. Now heat oil again and add red chillies and green chilli. Let it crackle and add this to mutton. Mix everything well.
- Serve hot and enjoy this delicious dish.
