- Cook until rice is 90 percent done the strain the rice in colander
- Grind cashews and milk together to a fine paste add this paste to the chicken mix well cook another 5 to 7 minutes until chicken is tender add 1/2 cup water if gravy is too dry
- Once chicken is tender add chopped coriander mint leaves kewera essence 2 drops the add the rice we boiled earlier garnish with fried onions desi ghee coriander mint leaves cover lid and simmer 10 to 12 minutes until fumes starts coming off has…rest 10 minutes then serve
