- Take 1/4 cup sour curd

- Mix sooji curd and make a batter and keep aside for 10-15mins
- Add salt ginger chilli paste and mix well
- Grease the dhokla plate or any utensil…then add eno to the batter and ppur to greased tin
- Cook for 10-12 mins on medium to high flame in dhokla cooker
- Heat oil in a pan & add all tadka items.pour to dhokla tin
- Cut and serve
