Instructions to make White Rasgulla:
  1. First boil milk. Then off the heat. After 5 mins. Just mixt water and lemon juice and mix with the milk πŸ₯› and just stir it. Automatically chena will form. It will separate milk and water.
  2. Take a Muslin cloth and a strainer and just pour the prepared Chena and just show it to the running water. Now sqeeze it lightly and hang the cloth and leave it for 2 hr's.
  3. Now transfer the chena to a big plate and add corn flour and just Knead it with the help of your βœ‹ for 10 mins.
  4. Make small….small size of balls.
  5. In the mean time turn on the gas flame and place there a big vessel to it and pour water πŸ’¦. When the water boils add sugar, green cardamom powder. When the sugar dissolves properly. Then add all Prepared chena balls to it one by one.
  6. Cook it in high flame for 10 mins in normal burner and cover the lid. Now slow the flame and cook it for 10 mins. Turn off the flame.
  7. Leave the chena balls inside the sugar syrup for 8 to 10 hr's. So, that it will be super soft and sponzy. Then garnish it with rose petals to get rose flavour. Then enjoy.
