  1. Soak raw rice, chana dal, urad dal for 6 hours min.
  2. Grind rice, chana dal, urad dal to fine mixture. Leave for few hours for leave for fermentation
  3. Later Add salt, chillies and ENO at last when about to steam
  4. Grease tin pour batter and steam for 15-20 min.
  5. Let it cool down and cut into pieces
  6. In a tadka pan add oil mustard, cumin and curry leaves and pour over dhokla. Serve with any chutney
