  1. In a bowl mix semolina, curd salt,2 tbsp oil and water.cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Now add fruit salt, mix it gently and transfer to a greased plate.Steam for 10 minutes.
  3. Let it cool down, then cut and sprinkle coriander leaves. Prepare tempering with 2tbsp oil,green chilli, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and pour it on dhokla. Serve with green chutney.
