  2. Soak gelatin in hot water for 5 min & melt it over boiling water without any lumps.
  3. Mix custard powder with water & sugar & cook it over boiling water till it becomes thick. remove from heat.
  4. Then add the grated white chocolate to it. Mix it well.
  5. Beat the fresh cream & icing sugar till peaks.
  6. Then add melted gelatin to the chocolate mix, finally fold the whipped cream mix & transfer it into the mould. Refrigerate it 20min.
  7. Decorate it with caramelized nuts, chocolate balls& caramel mesh.
