- Wash and soak rice for half hour.
- Heat ghee in cookers, add cumin seeds, bay leaves and spices and fry for a few seconds.
- Now add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
- Now add cauliflower, potatoes and peas and fry for a few minutes. Add salt.
- Now add soaked basmati rice and cook for 2 minutes. Then add water and mix and cook on a low flame till 1 whistle.
- Open cookers, add the green coriander and cover it for 5 minutes. Serve it hot.
