- Remove the base from the shimeji mushrooms and shred them apart. Add all of the ★ ingredients to a small pot and heat.
- Once boiling, add the pork and shimeji. Lower the heat down to low-medium, cover with a lid, and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
- Sprinkle with white sesame seeds to finish. If you put it on rice to make a rice bowl, it will be really tasty, so please try that too.
- If you want to make a lot, it will taste best if you double the seasoning ingredients. Use 300 g of meat, 1 pack of shimeji, and 1 onion.
