- Firstly take grated cheese and marignate with some garlic,curry patta, green chilli, regano, salt to taste, finely chopped tomato with out seeds and Garam masala and mix well.

- Take small portion of mixture and make small sigaar shape rolll
- Take slice and cut the cornerof all sides
- Help of rolling pin rolling it thin as possible..now make a slurry with all purpose flour.
- Take one slice and brush the slurry all four sides…and set the cheese sigaar in the middle and roll it press tightly..
- Take mashed vermicelli and thin slurry..dip the roll in the slurry and coated with vermicelli all the sides..now roll is ready for fry..
- Take oil in pan and fry all the roll one by one.
- Take one cup water and add the fine cut Ginger in it…and boil it for 2 Min..then add oregano..degi mirch…sugar..salt..tomato catch up and add the lemon juice in it.at last add some slurry of corn flour and nice rolling boil..and off the gas..then off the gas and add some chilli flakes in it..
