- Now in a mixing bowl add suji,maida,and add required masala water which is prepared before and make semi tight dough now rest
- Now cover the daugh and rest it for 10 min.Then make big sized balls and role it thick like paratha and cut it into diamond shape
- Now add oil in pan and heat it
- Now deep fry all the sakkarpara on medium to low flame till became crispy and golden now serve it in serving dish
- Now serve it in serving dish
- U can store it in airtight jar for 2 week
